お客が２００(の何かを)減らした。
The number of our customers decreased to two hundred.
decreaseとdecrease toのポイント
「お客が」とありますが、実際は「お客の数」のことなので
The number of ...にします。
次に「〜に減る」はdecrease toにします。
decrease Nは「Nを減らす」で、前のミスと重なり
「お客が200(の何かを)減らした」となってしまいます。
